School Compliance Hub is an automated compliance assessment platform that connects directly with a school's Google Drive to evaluate policy documents in place — no data migration, no duplicated files, and no disruption to how schools already work. Instead of manually cross-referencing policies against hundreds of regulatory criteria, the platform uses AI to review uploaded and linked evidence against each Minimum Standard and Child Safe Standard, surfacing gaps, risks, and strengths in minutes rather than weeks. Every assessment produces a clear, audit-ready trail that schools, reviewers, and regulators can rely on.
The platform is built for three audiences. Schools — principals and administrators preparing for a review can track their readiness, upload evidence against each standard, and follow a guided preparation plan. Review companies — independent organisations that conduct compliance reviews can onboard their own reviewers, assign them to schools, manage assessments end-to-end, and handle invoicing and reviewer payments, all within one workspace. Reviewers — both independent platform reviewers and company reviewers receive role-based dashboards, site-visit checklists, and payment tracking. Regulators and school authorities benefit too, through consistent, transparent assessment reports.
